Meredith is looking at an x-ray and Derek comes up, she asks him if it is blurry and then tells him she heard that his divorce was final.
The Second Band - Your Dark Side Is On the Phone
At lunch, the Fab Five discuss what they would do with eight million dollars. Izzie is "fine". Mere and Callie talk about whether to tell Derek and George about Finn and Mark (respectively).
Bailey convinces her cancer patient to have surgery. Addie tells Derek that Mark wasn't a one night stand. Derek gets on the elevator with Mere, who tells him that she broke up with Finn. Bad timing.

George goes to see Callie, Mark and Addison are in bed together and Izzie decides she's not depositing her cheque yet. End of episode.Â
