At the Horseshoe Bay's annual Harvest Carnival, Nancy is interviewed by Penn and Teller; the Drew crew work at the Claw; Nick makes makes redesign plans; Bess makes out with new conquest; George tells Nancy and Bess about frustration that Nick hasn't given her an answer to her proposal to him; Ace fawns over a picture of Amanda on his phone. 
At the Holy Mackerel in front of their friends and George's sisters, Nick gives George a proper answer to her proposal to him the week before; (continues) [0:49] George and Nick kiss as they celebrate their engagement; Ace offers to help Nancy bring the cider in he investigates her mood.
Darlene gives Nancy a handkerchief after she tells her she's the new town council's Police Liaison; Nancy declares to her friends and family that the town is where she belongs and she plans stay their and protect the town starting with finding the town's newest killer.
