At the pub, Dave Boy stares hypnotically at his pint of beer still blissed out on Lullaby and hallucinating from the drug when Sandra arrives at Queen Anne's to speak with Alfie; Dave Boy attempts to hold it together while speaking with Sandra and continuing to hallucinate, she leaves a letter for Alfie with him.
Bet finds the Raven Union's nursery in search of Julie but also finds dozens of John Salt's babies there; Bet is attacked by Salt attempts to make Julie smile with Mr Bear.
As she bleeds out, Bet says her goodbye and well wishes to Julie; a bus driver finds Julie on the bus with a note attached to her for Peg; Bet succumbs to her wounds.
