A fresh group of interns wait in lower entry levels of Chastain for their resident with Devon who gives them the same spiel Conrad gave him years before. 
Conrad and GiGi are shown around newest addition to Chastain Day a pre-school in which Randolph shows off to them in an attempt to convince Conrad to return working at the hospital.
Padma cleanses the apartment of negative energy as Leela cooks lunch for their parents then begins to panic about the arrive of their parents for the meal.
As Devi's have lunch at a restaurant Leela blows up her parents after they disregard her comments to them for Padma suggestions; Padma takes Leela away from their parents before Leela breaks down and calms her down in the bathroom.
Residents and guests of Chastain attend a book signing for AJ with his mother by his side; Nolan and Randolph discuss AJ and writing their own book.
As they have lunch with their daughters, Vineeta and Raj, begin to critique Leela life causing her to lay some truth bombs on her parents.
